Contracting Commitments
Experts must sign and annually reaffirm terms of service: they have reviewed and are permitted to follow relevant agreements and policies; they do not join projects with conflicts of interest or that breach third-party obligations; they never disclose confidential information (including material non-public information); they strictly protect client interests and information; and they immediately end any consultation touching on off-limits topics.
Compliance Training
Experts regularly complete interactive, industry-specific compliance training clarifying what constitutes "confidential information" and the losses inadvertent disclosure may cause clients. A compliance reminder precedes every engagement, continuously reinforcing confidentiality obligations and risk awareness.
Conflict Management
Before a project starts, experts are proactively screened for conflicts of interest, with documented checks on qualification fit and potential restrictions. If unforeseen compliance issues emerge mid-project, the expert terminates the engagement immediately by protocol — fully traceable and auditable.

Employer Recusal Principle
Employed experts are strictly barred from any project involving their employer.
Written Consent Required
Employed experts must obtain prior written employer consent before joining written, in-depth or ongoing projects.
Information Security & Data Compliance
We strictly comply with the Data Security Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, the Cybersecurity Law and other applicable regulations and industry norms, updating our practices as laws evolve.
